Terms and Conditions

The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 1 extra guest upon request.

Minimum stay is 3 days.

Our rates include:

• Cleaning service & change of linen/towels twice a week
• Pool and garden maintenance
• Welcome basket with local products (honey, olive oil, fruits, wine)
• Wi-Fi

Check-in time: 14.00
Checkout time: 11.00

Early check-in or late check-out can be accepted upon request and subject to availability.

Reservation Policy:
30% deposit is required to secure and confirm your reservation (by bank transfer)
Balance payments are accepted by bank transfer 4 weeks before arrival or cash upon check-in

Cancellation charges:
The deposit payment is non-refundable
If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, 50% of the total rental amount is refunded
